What does it cost to get started?+
$750 to set up, and that comes off if your club pays annually. After that it is $134 to $296 a month paid annually, or $149 to $329 paid monthly, by member count, with every feature included. Setup and the first term are arranged up front - J.C. walks your treasurer through it before the build starts, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
Are there other fees?+
No transaction fee from us, ever. Members pay through your club's own processor account and that processor takes its usual card cut - that goes to them, not to us. Gate access is the one add-on: $29 to $69 a month by club size. One-time setup is quoted per club, based on your gate system. Tell us what you run and we will give you the number before you commit.
What happens to our current site?+
We build you a new one. Your domain stays yours, and we point it at the new site when you say so. Nobody has to learn a page builder.
Will it work with our gate?+
Tell us what gate software you run and we will tell you straight. We have live integrations with Lenel S2, Brivo, Ubiquiti, CDVI Atrium and common TCP/IP controllers - a card starts working when dues clear and stops when they lapse. One-time setup is quoted per club, based on your gate system. If your controller cannot be driven from outside, you still are not doing double entry: we generate scheduled exports on whatever rhythm you want, daily or weekly, laid out in the format your gate software expects, so adding new members is an import or a quick paste instead of retyping a roster. There is almost always a way to take the time back out of it.
Can you build a feature our club needs?+
Yes, and we want to hear it. We are trying to build the best software for running a gun club, not a box you have to fit inside. Every club does something its own way - guest management, work-party credits, a discipline-specific signup. Tell us what you need and we will work out a solution that holds up long term. The useful ones end up in the platform for everybody.
What about our old member list?+
Our goal is to get your member list right, not to hurry through it. We have worked through club rosters before and we know they can be tedious - names, membership types, expiration dates, family members, card numbers, all of it kept in whatever your club has been using. We work with you until the file we upload is an exact reflection of what you actually have, and you check it against what you know before anything goes live.
What if it does not work out?+
Twelve month term, then month to month, no cancellation fee. Your member list and your domain are yours. We would rather you leave than feel stuck with something that does not fit.
Who keeps it running after launch?+
We do. Hosting, backups, updates and security are in the monthly, with nothing for a volunteer to babysit. Your officers have total access to the site and can change anything themselves, on screens built for a board rather than a webmaster - and we are happy to do it for you. Schedules, events, emails, board members, content, images: send it over and we will take care of it.
What if our board has to vote?+
Most boards do. Send them this page and the demo, and J.C. will take the board's questions by phone or on a call with the whole group - every question answered before anybody votes.
Take The Number Into The Meeting.
We will email your club's quote so your board is reading the same page you are.
