Privacy Policy
Last updated September 28, 2026.
This policy explains what Chinook Loop, LLC, doing business as Wonderboy Creative ("gunclub.app," "we," "us"), collects, how we use it and who we share it with. It covers the gunclub.app website and every club website, member portal and app that runs on gunclub.app.
The short version: we never sell member information, never use it for advertising, and never store card numbers or copies of IDs.
1. Two kinds of information
Club records. When you join or deal with a club that uses gunclub.app, your information belongs to that club. The club decides what to collect and how to use it. We keep it and process it for the club. Questions about your club records go to your club, and we'll help it answer.
Our own website and customers. When you visit the gunclub.app website, contact us, or sign up a club, we decide how that information is used.
2. What clubs keep in gunclub.app
Depending on what your club uses, this can include:
- Name, address, email, phone, date of birth, photo and emergency contact
- Household members and how they're related
- Membership level, status, dates, member number and years of membership
- Applications, sponsors, interview notes and board decisions
- Orders and payments: amounts, dates and method. From the payment processor we keep only the card brand, last four digits and expiration date, or the bank name and last four digits.
- Gate card numbers and card history
- Orientation, qualifications, certifications, and outside memberships such as an NRA number, if the club tracks them
- Waivers you sign, with your typed name, the time, your internet address and the version
- Events you register for and attend, guests you bring, and volunteer or work hours
- Messages sent to you and whether they were delivered
- Anything else your club asks for on its own forms
For guests, it can include name, contact information, date of birth, the result of any ID check, and any waiver signed.
3. What we never keep
- Full card or bank account numbers. You enter those on the payment processor's secure form, and the processor keeps them.
- Copies of IDs. No pictures of IDs, license numbers, the address on a license or ID barcode data. If your club checks ID, we keep only the name, date of birth and the result.
- Social Security numbers.
4. Our website, analytics and ads
When you visit the gunclub.app website, we and our analytics and advertising partners use cookies and pixels. They record things like your browser, device, the pages you view and your approximate location. We use this to see how the site is used and to show gunclub.app ads on other websites. These partners may collect information about your activity over time and across different websites.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser, change your ad preferences with the ad networks you use, or opt out of many ad networks at optout.aboutads.info. Our website doesn't respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
We also contact clubs we have not spoken to before, using officer addresses from public sources such as nonprofit filings and club websites. Every one of those emails has a way to say no more. When you open our website from a link in an email we sent you, we connect that visit, and the pages you view, to that email, so we know what you have already seen when we talk.
We don't put advertising cookies or pixels in member portals or club admin screens. Those use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and secure. A club may add its own analytics to its public website, and that's covered by the club's own policy.
If you contact us or sign up a club, we keep your name, email, phone, club and what you tell us, and when you accept our terms, a record of when and from what internet address. Clubs pay us through our payment processor, which keeps the card and bank details. We keep only the bank name and last four digits. We don't store full card or bank account numbers.
5. How we use information
- To run the Service for your club: applications, renewals, payments, events, waivers, guest check-in, messages and reports
- To send membership changes to your club's gate system, if the club connects one
- To keep the Service secure, prevent fraud and fix problems
- To bill clubs, which includes counting billable members
- To improve the Service, using counts and usage data that don't identify you
- To follow the law
6. Who we share it with
- Your club. It's the club's information.
- Companies that help run the Service, such as our hosting company and email delivery service. They get only what they need, and they must protect it.
- Payment processors and gate vendors your club connects, such as Stripe, PayPal or the club's gate system.
- Government and legal requests. We give member information to a government agency only when the law requires it. If we get a subpoena or other legal demand, we tell the club before we respond, unless the law forbids it.
- A buyer of our business, if gunclub.app is sold or merged. This policy would still apply to the information they receive.
We never sell member information and never use it for advertising.
7. Where it's stored and how we protect it
Information is stored on servers in the United States. We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections, limited access and regular backups. No system is perfectly secure. If club records are breached, we tell the club promptly and help with any notices the law requires.
8. How long we keep it
Club records are kept while the club uses gunclub.app, for as long as the club chooses. When a club leaves, its records stay available for export for 60 days and are then deleted. Backups are replaced on a rolling schedule, and we keep billing records as long as the law requires.
9. Children
The Service isn't meant for children under 13, and children under 13 don't get their own login. Information about a junior member comes from a parent, guardian or the club. If you think a child under 13 gave us information directly, contact us and we'll delete it.
10. Your choices
- Update your contact information in your member portal, or ask your club.
- Ask your club to see, correct or delete your records. We help clubs do that.
- Unsubscribe from newsletters with the link in any newsletter. Receipts and renewal notices still come, since they're about your membership.
Depending on where you live, you may have more rights over your information. Send requests to your club or to us.
11. Changes to this policy
We'll post any update here with a new date. For important changes, we'll tell clubs by email and members by email or in the portal.
