Built Around How Clubs Actually Operate

Not a generic website builder with a membership plugin bolted on. Every screen is shaped by range operations: safety, access, dues, and the people who volunteer to run it.

MODULE 01 · Members and money

Membership & Dues

Your levels, your prices - individual, family, life, junior, law enforcement. Members join and renew online with a card, the roster updates the moment it clears, and the treasurer gets an export that reconciles with the books.

MODULE 02 · Access and accountability

Safety, Waivers & Orientation

New members read the range rules, sign the waiver electronically, and book an orientation slot with a certified RSO. Gate codes issue only after that session is marked complete, so access and accountability stay tied together.

MODULE 03 · The match calendar

Events & Match Registration

Post a match, class, or sight-in weekend in two minutes. Free or paid, member or public pricing, squad caps and waitlists handled - and a shooter list the match director prints at the gate with everyone already paid and counted.

MODULE 04 · Range operations

Range Status & Member Alerts

Flip a range to closed from your phone and the homepage updates instantly. Push the same notice by email or text so the membership hears about fire closures, match days, and detours before they drive out.

What Your Treasurer Sees

Dues, event fees and refunds reconciled into one statement the treasurer hands the board. Your processor, your account, your rates, and no transaction fee from us.

To Whom It May Concern,

I am pleased to share my experience regarding the recent website merger performed by Wonderboy Creative and the outstanding partnership we've had throughout the process. From the very beginning, J.C. demonstrated a level of professionalism, clarity, and commitment that made a complex transition feel remarkably smooth.

The merger between our website and gate card system itself was executed with precision. Every phase - from initial planning to final deployment - reflected thoughtful strategy and a deep understanding of our needs. The improvements in overall website performance, navigation, and user experience have been immediately noticeable. Quality-of-life updates are implemented with haste while also ensuring that our internal team could navigate and understand it with ease.

This website merge has saved us hours as all we have to do is confirm payment (which can be done during orientation and on the website) then add the gate card number to their profile on the website v.s. logging orientation then the website then the gate system. It has also saved us the headache of tracking from one report to the next to the next, it can run any report we need for tracking financials. We have been able to remove a complete step to our process and in turn making new membership inputs quick and effortless and easy to track and store.

What truly set this company apart was their responsiveness. Any issue that surfaced, whether minor or unexpected, was addressed quickly and with complete transparency. They didn't just resolve problems - they explained the issue, offered alternatives, and made sure we felt confident in every decision. Their ability to troubleshoot with ease and maintain momentum throughout the project speaks volumes about their expertise.

Working with J.C. has been a genuinely positive experience. They are reliable, communicative, and consistently go above and beyond expectations in a timely manner I might add.

We look forward to continuing our collaboration and highly recommend their services to anyone seeking a team that delivers excellence with integrity.

Sincerely,
Curtis Mitchell
